In 2010, Greenwood Soccer enters its 19th year as a varsity program. The Blue Jays currently hold 8 district titles, and 6 State Final Four appearances, including 3 2nd Place finishes. Greenwood, currently competing in Class 1 for Missouri, has a high school attendance of around 110 students.
The Greenwood Soccer Progam played its first season in the fall of 1990 as a club team. The following year the Blue Jays competed as a junior varsity program, winning the 1991 City JV Championship. In 1992 the Jays posted a 16-3 record during their first varsity season and took the district title.
